Sept 4 - 1st day of fall term, Tu-Th classes

Sept 5 - 1st day of fall term, Wed classes

Sept 13 - Meet the Teachers - a back to school night for parents.

Sept 21-23 Science field trip to Mt. St. Helens field trip, led by Mrs. Bash. Other ZLO students are welcome if accompanied by a parent, or supervised by another parent. Siblings welcome with parents.

Nov 21 - Thankgsiving, no classes on Thursday. (Wednesday classes WILL meet Wed Nov 20.)

Dec 5 - last day of Wed classes before Christmas

Dec 20 - last day of classes before Christmas

December 22 - 9AM - 9PM All day "Lord of the Rings" Trilogy Party at Appel's.

Jan 3 - 1st day of Tu-Th classes after Christmas

Jan 8, 9, 10 - Registration Days for Spring Term

Jan 9 - 1st day of Wed classes after Christmas

Jan 16 - last day of Wednesday classes

Jan 17 - last day of Fall Term and Open House

Jan 21-25 - Semester break. These days could serve as snow makeup days, if needed, from Fall semester.

Jan 29 - First day of Spring Term, Tu-Th classes

Jan 30 - First day of Spring Term, Wed clases

Feb 28 - Opening Doors and ZLO info night.

March 20 - The Thursday of Holy Week - no school, unless we need a snow makeup day.

March 27 - Academic Competition and HIGH SCHOOL PRE-REGISTRATION. We will gather high school students and parents, and build next year's schedule during the day. By the end of the day, you will know what your high school schedule will be for next year.

April 7-11 Spring Break, no classes for Tu-Th OR Wed

May 16-18 - Bash science field trip, destination TBA. Other ZLO students are welcome if accompanied by a parent, or supervised by another parent. Siblings welcome with parents.

May 21 - Last day of Wednesday classes.

May 27 - Memorial Day weekend, OR snow makeup day

June 5 - Open House. This is a change from a previous date.

June 12 - Last day of Spring Term
