There is a sparkling lecture series on the Byzantine Empire that you can listen to online or download to your iPod or other mp3 player. Lars Brownworth teaches at the Stony Brook high school on Long Island, and has been offered a book deal to write a textbook on this subject. Parental Advisory: Not for younger students, due to an honest treatment of the subject matter. |
